Each of the 216 themed bedrooms at Splash Landings hotel features Sheerframe sash windows specifically designed to fit the Caribbean decor. The windows have restricted opening for the safety of guests, but can be opened by a member of staff using a unique key, allowing them to be cleaned from inside the building.
In addition to the bedroom block, Sheerframe windows have been incorporated into the three-storey interface wall between the hotel and the water park. The wall has been designed to look like an Hispanic Caribbean street nestled into a rock face and features oak and white finish reversible mock sash windows in the main, with some extraordinary parallelogram and trapezoid constructions seemingly randomly interspersed to give an authentic evocation of the 17th or 18th century world of the buccaneer.
